Hi, I’m 'Mohammed Elamine Tahar BENGUELLA' (knownen as "Tahar Devs") — a passionate Android mobile developer and AI enthusiast.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems from the University of Mustapha Stambouli Mascara, and I'm currently pursuing a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence at USTO-MB University.
I specialize in building native Android applications using Kotlin and XML, with solid experience integrating Firebase, Room, and Material Design. My apps are designed for both performance and user experience, and I often implement cloud syncing and offline-first architecture.
